What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant payment processors.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, email us at support@betterheld.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified.

Do you offer discount codes or promotions?

Occasionally. The best way to stay informed is to subscribe to our email list — subscribers get early access to new products and exclusive offers.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We never see or store your credit card information. All payments are handled by industry-standard encrypted processors.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does shipping take?

US Standard: 7–14 business days. US Priority: 5–9 business days. International: 10–30 business days depending on destination. All orders over $50 within the US ship free.

Why does shipping take longer than Amazon?

Every Better Held product is individually inspected and quality-checked at our fulfillment partner's facility before shipping. We prioritize quality over speed — and we believe the wait is worth it.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 2–3 days after receiving your tracking number for carrier updates to appear in the system.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, New Zealand, and most other countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, send a replacement at no cost to you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, email us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with packaging.

How do I start a return?

Email support@betterheld.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours (free for US orders). Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a free replacement immediately — no return required.

How long does a refund take?

After we receive your return, allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing times vary by bank.

Who are Better Held products designed for?

Everyone. Our products are designed using principles of Universal Design — engineered for people with limited hand strength, arthritis, or reduced dexterity, but built to be intuitive and enjoyable for anyone. Think of it this way: a well-designed tool should feel effortless regardless of who's using it.

Are these medical devices?

No. Better Held products are everyday kitchen and household tools. They are not classified as medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.

How do I care for my products?

Each product ships with a care guide. In general: wipe with a damp cloth after use, avoid submerging electronic components in water, and store in a dry place. Do not place in the dishwasher unless specifically noted.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All Better Held products include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your product fails under normal use within the warranty period, we'll replace it free of charge.
