Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take slightly longer during holidays or promotional periods.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within the United States takes 7–15 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at support@betterheld.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot modify an address once the order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
