Our Promise

We design products to make everyday life easier. If something we made isn't doing that for you, we want to make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition — unused or gently tested — with all original packaging and accessories.

How Returns Work

Step 1. Email us at support@betterheld.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours (free for US orders).

Step 3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at any USPS location.

Step 4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a free replacement immediately — no return required. We cover all costs.

What Cannot Be Returned

— Products that have been heavily used, modified, or damaged by the customer
— Items returned without original packaging
— Gift cards
— Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Refund Timeline

After we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing times vary by bank and payment provider.

If more than 10 business days have passed and you haven't received your refund, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.
