Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow 2–3 days after receiving your tracking number for carrier updates to appear.
If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Delivery Issues
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:
— Check with neighbors and household members
— Look for a delivery notice or check secondary delivery locations
— Contact your local carrier with the tracking number
If you still can't locate your package, email us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement at no cost to you.
